These Terms govern your use of apasmarkets, provided by Apas Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By using apasmarkets you agree to them.

1. Who may use apasmarkets

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must have read and agreed to these Terms for you.

2. What apasmarkets is

Education: lessons and a practice market where you trade invented companies with virtual money. The prices are generated by a computer, not taken from any real market. Nothing you do here places a real trade, and no real money can be won or lost here.

3. Not investment advice

apasmarkets teaches how markets and options work. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not recommend any security or trade. We are not a broker or an investment adviser. Results in the practice market are simulated: they leave out much of the cost and risk of real trading and do not predict real results. Trading real options and using leverage can lose money quickly, sometimes more than you put in. Any real trade is your own decision and your own risk.

4. Your account

Your Apas account is the same one used on apasmath.com and apaslingo.com. Give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us at once if someone else uses your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute the lessons or the site. Do not scrape it with automated tools or try to get round its limits. Do not use it for anything unlawful.

6. Our content

The lessons, software, text and the apasmarkets name are owned by Apas Ventures LLC or its licensors. The companies shown are fictional; any likeness to a real company is unintended.

7. No warranty; limit of liability

apasmarkets is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may reset or change the practice market, and practice results may be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any loss from real trading, and our total liability is no more than what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or by binding arbitration at our election.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms; we will tell you of important changes by email or on this site. Using apasmarkets after a change means you accept it.
